Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,
liebe Freunde im deutsch-israelischen Austausch,

zur Teilnahme an zwei Programmen im ersten Halbjahr 2007 laden wir hiermit herzlich ein:

Deutsch-Israelischer Jugendaustausch bewegt Teilnehmer/-innen und Begleiter/-innen immer wieder in spezifischer Weise; gleichzeitig ändern sich gesellschaftliche und politische Rahmenbedingungen für die Austauschprogramme laufend - wir sind gefordert, Konzeptionen und Programme immer wieder auf ihre Zielsetzung, Aktualität und Jugendorientiertheit hin zu befragen.

Das Fachkräfteprogramm bietet deutschen Trägern und israelischen Partnern die Möglichkeit, persönlich zusammenzukommen, ihre Kooperation zu reflektieren, neue Ideen zu entwickeln und gemeinsame Planungen für anstehende Projekte vorzunehmen. Workshops werden Raum bieten, inhaltliche, strukturelle und organisatorische Fragen im Erfahrungsaustausch zu diskutieren; fachliche Beiträge werden zusätzliche Anregungen geben.

Voraussetzung zur Teilnahme ist die Anwesenheit beider Projektpartner – des deutschen und israelischen - am Seminar: Das Programm wird drei gemeinsame Seminartage der deutschen und israelischen Partner sowie einen möglichen, zweitägigen Besuch des israelischen Partners beim deutschen Partner vor Ort beinhalten.

Bitte melden Sie sich bis spätestens 23. März 2007 gemeinsam mit Ihrem israelischen Partner an.

Das Projekt wird in Kooperation mit dem Öffentlichen Rat für Jugendaustausch mit Israel - Israel Youth Exchange Council durchgeführt.

Auch in diesem Jahr wollen wir den Aufbau neuer Partnerschaften zwischen deutschen und israelischen Organisationen für Projekte im Jugend- und Fachkräfteaustausch mit einem Seminar unterstützen. Ziel ist es, neue interessierte Partner bereits im Vorfeld des Seminars mit ‚passenden’ Projektpartnern des anderen Landes in Kontakt zu bringen, um das Seminar mit Programmteilen sowohl in Israel als auch in Deutschland dann für konkrete gemeinsame Projektplanungen nutzen zu können.

Haben Sie Interesse oder kennen Sie andere Träger, die neue deutsch-israelische Kontakte knüpfen wollen? Wir freuen uns über Ihr Interesse oder Hinweise auf mögliche interessierte Organisationen. Da wir bereits in Vorbereitungen sind – bitte melden Sie sich bald!

ConAct – Programmes

Dear friends and partners in Israel,

for the following programmes in Spring 2007 we wish to invite you for participation:

German-Israeli Youth Exchange moves both participants and group leaders now and again in specific ways; at the same time society and political conditions surrounding the programmes change continuosly – we are challenged to reconsider conceptions and programmes regarding their aims and present relevance to young people.

The seminar will offer the chance to get together personally, to reflect and improve mutual cooperation in order to develop new ideas and shared projects for the future. Workshops will open up a space to discuss questions of contents, structure and logistics in a productive atmosphere of sharing experiences with other active cooperating partners. Lectures acknowledging current political and societal developments in both countries will offer additional inspiration.

Precondition for participation is the presence of both the Israeli and the German project partner for the whole time of the seminar. The programme will consist of three seminar days followed by the option of a two days visit with the German partner.
Please fill out and send the application form – including the signing up of both the German and Israeli partner - latest until 23. März 2007.

The programme is a cooperational project of ConAct and the Israel Youth Exchange Council.

In order to continue the process of founding new partnerships we will try to match new requests for partnerships from Germany and Israel and have them get together in June 2007. Within a programme of 10 days the participants will at first spend 5 days in Germany and will afterwards go to Israel for 5 days, in order to develop and plan new and concrete exchange programmes together and at the same time get a sense of the other country. This will on both sides include visiting the concrete partner at his home town and organisation.
